I am now on boycott of hampton bay products. I used to have good luck replacing fans in my appartments and home. I bought one this weedend to install out on my patio deck. I go to put the blades on and the screw heads turn out to be security star pattern heads. That is a pretty rare screwdriver head, and if not for my years of experience installing cable I would not have the screwdriver head to match up. For this they just hit my list of companies I will never deal with again.

Here's my pics, this is just the current set up, but when I get some boxes fans will be packaged probably two per box and all the parts will be in that box:
Blades, just stored in various fan boxes I have laying around (Hunter, Emerson, etc that used fans came in). All sets are labeled very precisely and a label is placed on the outside of the box as well.
