I bought a CRESTRON Light Dimming panel and want to control my ceiling Fan. When I connected it to the dimmer it worked but made humming noises when we reduced the speed. Can anybody advise as to how this can be achieved without the humming noise.

You will have to ask Creston if they have a ceiling fan module that is not solid state.
