| Ceiling Fan Help \ Content requests \ wiring two ceiling fans | ||||||

| In a bedroom I have two existing light fixtures on one wall switch. I want to replace the light fixtures with ceiling fans with lights. I assume I will need a new switch. Can someone explain the wiring configuration I need to consider. I assume the end result will be a new wall switch that controls the lights to the 2 new ceiling fans and the fans seperately. | ||||||

| You will need an extra hot wire running from the fans to the switch. Depending on how they are currently wired this can be easy or it can be a challenge. | ||||||
