Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ hunter fan. it is dated 1995 per the installation instructions.
Fan was working fine. day later, the fan doesn't work, nor does the remote. I changed the battery. as a note, I saw my little nice with the control in hand, after that, problem began. red light on remote control goes on when you push all the buttons. remote has reverse button. the remote controls the fan with off, three speeds and the reverse it also controls the light. Please, help! |

and how to do i replace the capacitors? it looks complicated in that switch housing You would need to dislodge the circuit board from the switch housing and then take a soldering iron to it to unsolder the capacitors from the board.
