| I have a ceiling fan which was working fine in various speed by adjusting the fan regulator. Recently the fan speed became so low even if i turn regulator to full speed. So i came to know that the capacitor of ceiling fan is having a complaint and i replaced the capacitor with a new one. After replacing the capacitor, the fan is in full speed when regulator set to maximum but when i bring down the speed by adjusting the regulator, the speed of fan is too low and almost in same speed in all regulator position other than maximum. Why? | ||||||
