| Hi, I have a brand new Minka Aire F602 Gyro fan with a bad motor. The individual fans work but the unit does not rotate. Minka Aire customer service has been absolutely useless. The won't honor the warranty and say they do not have the part to sell me. When I asked for the distributor for the motor to get it myself the rep said "what do you want me to do, give you the number to China?" Nice! Any ideas as to where I can purchase this myself? Any info would be much appreciated! | ||||||
