| A while ago, 1 of the lights burned out I guess and now it started to really bother me. I tried to open the little compartment thing where the light is by turning it to the left all the way(because it said "open" and a little arrow was pointing left). The only thing that happened was that the fan loosened and it wobbles. What did I do wrong? And how do I open the thing to replace the light? | ||||||

Sounds like you turned the whole fan rather than just the glass. A picture might help. |

First, make sure the ball is firmly seated at the socket (ceiling). Next, it is JUST the glass that should turn to remove it. |
