| My Hunter ceiling fan has been fine for about 9 months. We started running the fan on high all night (maybe this was a contributing factor?) and now both lights are blinking. Any clues? I'm a novice here, so be gentle. | ||||||

| I have this very same problem--same time frame, brand, and symptom. I think the fan came with a remote, but we've never used it--the pull-chains are within easy reach above our kitchen island. I read in a post on another site that an "easy" fix is to dismantle the light fixture and rewire the lights to bypass the remote receiver. Sounds logical, but before I start pulling things apart, I'd like a second opinion. By the way, we don't use florescent lights--a possible cause stated on other sites. | ||||||
