Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Hampton Bay wires broke at insulator
EHaven Posted on 5/19/2010 1:11:04 PM
I am trying to install a Hampton Bay Carriage House 2 52" ceiling fan for my mother. It was purchased over a year ago, and I noticed that at the white insulator, the blue and white wires broke off from the terminals, which are still in the insulator.

I haven't found any Hampton Bay contact information in the Owner's Manual. I also didn't see any parts list in the Owner's Manual.

I need to know if I can get a replacement white insulator with terminals. I can then re-terminate the wires.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Contact the manufacturer for replacement parts.

OR send me a picture of the parts in question, because I am not sure what you are talking about.
