I have a hampton fan that is controlled by remote control. However, the remote control has been misplaced (lost). I bought an applicable remote control from home depot. I cannot find or figure out where the receiver is in the hampton fan so I can program it with the remote. I believe the model number is AC522. I have removed the cover that is that is flush on the ceiling and I have removed the cover that is attached to the light. The only equipment left is the guts (motor). But I don't know how to get into it? Any help is greatly appreciated.

Is there anything in the ceiling canopy or where the light is?
Send me a picture of the fan I will tell you how to open the motor housing.
