| dmagicfjr | I installed a Hampton Bay Edgemont Fan and a Hampton Bay remote model 191-707. The fan works properly, the light works when activated. What is the remote doing during this time? Is the LED lighting? Try changing the frequency of the remote and receiver. |

I have the HBay Burgess model and the light is fluorescent and works fine when on. However, the light blinks on/off every couple seconds when the light is in the off position. It doesn't matter whether the fan is running or not. I have tried a new transmitter with no luck. I haven't tried a different code yet. Any other suggestions. |

| vansant | The bulb came with the unit. I contacted the repair contact and they sent a replacement ballast, but the light still blinks. I connected an incandescent lamp and it was fine. Very annoying. | 11/8/2008 6:37:04 PM |
