Hi all. I'm a new member. Thanks for having me.
I just bought and installed this fan and it seems that only speeds 2/3 work. Speed 1 turns the fan off along with 0. I checked my wiring several times and followed the instructions and I'm sure its wired correctly. Can someone confirm what might be the problem? Thanks |

| EDIT: I'm referring to the remote. Also, the company sent another remote to see if that's the problem and its still not working properly. Everything else works, speeds 2/3, off and light w/dimmer. | ||||||

| Sounds like the remote receiver is the problem. See if the company will send you one of them. | ||||||

| If the fan has a pullchain, make sure the pullchain is set to high | ||||||
