Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Help to rewire 2-wire cap/ 3-wire/ wired remote fan

I have electrical background and I think that has caused more pain the profit.

I have an old Ritz Fan that I don't want to replace, however the wiring is messed up and I can't seem to make it work. I can wire it to make the fan turn slowly so I assume the capacitor is good.

The motor has 3 wires black, red and white
There is a 2-wire cap with black leads
There is a 3-wire switch red, black, blue wires

The light kit has two wires red and white (This works fine)

The House black wire is connected to a 3 position rotary switch on the wall - transformer or resistive remote control. I hooked this to the light and it did dim the light.

The House Red wire is connected to the wall switch for the light.

The only other House wire is the common White wire.

How hard can this possibly Be!!!!

Light Kit - House White to White and House Red to LK Black - works great

How do I connect the House Black wire to the cap, 3-wire switch and capacitor? Where does the red and white wires from the motor go?

Can't find any drawings - HELP please!
Chris

Do you have an ohm meter? Tell me the impedance between the 3 motor wires.
