| We have Hampton Bay Northport 52" with pull chains and the Remote control. It was working perfectly. One day we tried to turn it on and it just did not respond on the Remote control. Light is not working either. We have changed the battery. The red light on the Remote control is working. We cannot turn the fan on by the wall switch, also. We tried all things that we found in the user manual trouble shooting.Nothing helpt. | ||||||
