I see lots of great help in this forum, but don't see my problem.
If the glass fixture that covers the light bulbs and other stuff is in place, the chain can't be pulled and fan can't be turned on. If the glass is removed, everything is fine and dandy -- but naked. Problem started when the chain broke and the short piece snapped up inside. Thought we got it back together, but.... help! It's a Hamilton Bay. Thanks in advance. |

| What model? Got a pic? Sounds like the glass isnt lined up properly. | ||||||
