Have Fanimation fan for about a year , worked great. Then strange things started to happen. It seems like our neighbors (I have one common wall) have their fan on the same frequency as mine which made mine to turn on and off by itself (same was happening to a neighbors fan when I supposedly used mine remote). One day my fun just won’t' stop. After it was working for a day I moved a reverse switch into the middle and the fan stopped easily. It never started again (although I moved switch back to normal and changed remote batteries). After talking to the neighbors I found out that their fan did the same at the same time: at first it will not stop (it also was working longer than ours) and now it will not start!
Any ideas?

Rather than try to troubleshoot, I'll suggest you contact Fanimation directly. Tom Frampton stands behind his products.
