I have 3 Harbor Breeze fans with remotes. Two of the three have quit entirely. These fans are less than a year old. I have tried reprogramming the remotes, new batteries. In fact I bought new batteries last week and the two fans worked exactly one day. Has this company (assume Lowe's) improved this product at all.

| No, remote fans suck. Hampton Bay and Harbor Breeze are the worst. You can order new parts from the manufacturer if you like. | ||||||
