Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Hard Wiring Built-In Remote

I have a Hampton Bay Ainsley fan. It has no pull chains and is controlled by a Rhine UC7058RY built-in fan speed control. For many reasons I would like to somehow remove this control and control the lights and fan speeds through a wall mounted switch for the lights and a wall mounted simple low-medium-high-off control. I do realize that the start capacitor(s) and possibly other components for correct motor operation are contained in the existing control. I am an experienced electronic technician and could build anything required but am at a loss on how to do this without a schematic diagram of the control. Since I believe that many others would like to do the same, could you possibly help with any advice, wiring information, conversion schematic, etc.

Sorry, you will have to reverse engineer it.

How many wires does the receiver have?
