Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Can't Find Reverse on ceiling fan at all

We just bought this house and it has a fairly new Hampton Bay fan. There is a remote to the fan but the remote does not have a reverse button. It just controls the lights and the fan in the normal direction. I would like to reverse the fan blade direction because of the cold weather to circulate the warm air. There are not any fan pulls on the fan and there is not a button or switch on the fan anywhere to reverse the blades. The other ceiling fan we have in the bedroom has a switch on it. Is there a way to reverse the direction. I took the battery cover off and there are 4 little switches in it. Does someone have an answer? Thanks

It is possible that the remote is a replacement and the original remote would have had the reverse feature. It is also possible the reverse button is on the fan somewhere hidden. What buttons are on the remote?

However just running the fan on low in the winter will do the same thing.
