One of the light fixtures on 5-light ceiling fan fixture is damaged. I want to replace it, but can not identify the fan make. I was able to get the light fixture off far enough to read label. The manufacturer is Sarama Lighting of Massachusetts. I have searched the internet for 'Sarama' and can not find anything on it.
Any idea of where I obtain a replacement? It appears to be 4-light fixture with the 5th light added on.

Is it the glass damaged, the fitter, or the socket?

Sorry for the late reply, I was out of town. All of the glass fixtures are OK. The socket is bad. It has just fallen apart.

Replacement sockets can be purchased at any hardware store.
