Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ how to change the night light bulb

I own a Harbor Breeze ceiling fan which has a light above the fan that works as a night light. However, since this fan was in the house when I bought it, there are no instructions as to how I can remove the cover to clean it or change burnt out bulbs. Help!!! There are four screws but it appears that there is no way it can come off without removeing the fan unit. There are lights below the fan which are no problem of course. Its that pesky bulb above the fan that is giving me the headache. Thanks.

I'm not sure which model you have-- pictures would help.

Sometimes you can access the lights through windows on the top of the motor. Sometimes you need to remove the blades.
