| Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Attaching a Light kit | ||||||

We just moved into a new house with two 52" Hampton Bay Quick Connect Ceiling fans already installed and working with Remote. But for some reason they weren't installed with lights.
We bought two light kits from Home Depot and I followed the installation instructions but the lights won't turn on. I didn't do the second one for fear of not being able to return it. Is there something else I should be doing? |

| Open the fan at the ceiling. What wires do you have from the fan, the receiver, and the ceiling, and how are they connected? | ||||||
