Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Installing the remote box on a sloped ceiling

Normally the remote box slides in between the mounting bracket and the ball on the downrod (on a flat ceiling) but on an angle the ball blocks the area where the remote sensor would normally go. any ideas how to intall the remote box ?

I've never had this problem myself. it should fit. Make sure the bracket is installed with the open part facing the highest part of the ceiling. If you need to, install spacers between the bracket and the ceiling.
