I have a Hampton Bay model AC-5520D that I need a replacement glass globe for. I have tried all of the fan parts web sites with no luck. Does anybody know where I can get this part?

I went to the Hampton Bay web site. No help. I called the number listed on their web site, got a voice mail. I left a message, no return call. I guess they don't need any more business? Bob |

I ran into the same problem, glass just cracked, fell off, hit the hardwood flooring and exploded. I found this number for Hampton Bay, which goes directly to Home Depot customer support. Hampton Bay Customer Support: 1-877-527-0313 They said the fan is discontinued and they no longer have any globes for it. So, we have perfectly good fans that we have to replace. |

| Almost imppossible to find the number of a customer service rep~ Note: nothing is listed in the Hampton Bay booklet, only an address of the Home Depot distributor, this company makes it very hard to contact them and solve the problem . No computer? Out of luck! Try this number everyone. 1-800-654-0688 , it is a home depot customer service # but they deal directly with King of Fans who manufactures Hampton Bay. | ||||||
