Hello, please help us. We have a Harbor Breeze 56" Exeter ceiling fan that's just over a year old. We've read all of the messages and replies relating to Harbor Breeze reverse issues and we've tried all of the remedies suggested. None of them have worked. Here's our problem, we needed to loosen the 3 light housing that is below the fan blades because it seemed to be too tight, there was a scraping sound when the fan was on and it also had STOPPED going in reverse. After we loosened that housing and replaced the 3 light fixture, our fan would only go in reverse. It ONLY goes in reverse now. Any suggestions?
Thanks - JW
