Ceiling Fan Help \ Ceiling Fan Problems \ Where is the Remote Troubleshooting guide
Author Messages Date Posted
gturner567 I too, have the weird, ghostly Hampton Bay fan. Working fine for 2 years, and now, in the middle of the night, the light comes on, and the fan goes to low. ???? It's nuts. Around the same time every morning too (1:40 a.m.) What could be causing this? I see this has been a problem for others also, and the only thing I've seen is to change the frequency and see "our remote troubleshooting guide" which I can't seem to find anywhere. And no, there is no remote with the fan. Has remote capabilities, but never used it.

Please let me know next steps, or where the guide is. Thanks so much!
