| The 3 speed pull chanin switch for the speed control on out ceiling fan broke. I went to Menards where we purchased the fan and they directed me to a replacement part. After installing this part we have OFF, High, Low, and Low. No medium setting. The wiring is like so...L,1,2,3 with L-Black, 1-Gray, 2-Brown, and 3-Purple. Any help would be great. | ||||||

| You probably do not have the correct replacement switch. Have you tried contacting the manufacturer directly? | ||||||
